Join us for the Women's Empowerment Brunch at Lakewood Yacht Club, an inspiring morning dedicated to connection, education, and wellness. Doors open at 10:00 a.m., giving guests time to network and shop with a variety of local vendors showcasing unique products and services before the program begins.

This year's discussion, "Women's Health Through the Decades," will explore the unique physical and emotional health challenges women experience throughout every stage of life and how those changes can impact mental health, well-being, and overall quality of life.

The featured Women's Health Panel, presented by Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital and MyCHN, will provide valuable insights, practical advice, and resources to help women make informed decisions about their health at every age.

A delicious brunch will be served at 11:30 a.m., followed by an engaging discussion designed to educate, encourage, and empower women to prioritize their health and well-being while building meaningful connections within the community.
