Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership (BAHEP) provides leadership and
engagement to stimulate regional economic development in southeast
Texas. Utilizing a collaborative committee structure, BAHEP engages
more than 250 investor companies, local governments, and educational
institutions to bring about prosperity and a high quality of life for the
800,000 people who live and work in the region. BAHEP members include
aerospace, petrochemical, and healthcare companies, developers, bankers
and real estate brokers, 13 cities and Galveston and Harris Counties.
Mr. Seal manages the strategies and activities of BAHEP?s economic
development program of work. Over the last 15 years, the organizations that
Seal has been affiliated with have assisted companies in creating more than
41,000 new jobs worth an estimated annual economic impact of $5.3 billion.
During this time, such leading corporations as Lockheed Martin, Hewlett
Packard, BMC Software, JPMorgan Chase, and Rolls Royce Energy Systems
have located or expanded operations in Houston. Mr. Seal received his
bachelor?s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University.
