In 2010, Brandy’s beloved mother passed away. The passing of her mother Gloria became the driving force to carry on her love for cooking, and honor the memory of the woman that taught her so much. In 2014, Chef Brandy had a strong desire to turn her passion and her love for cooking into a professional catering business.
