My previous experience was the Assistant Chief of Police for the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), and I called UTMB my workplace for 17 years. I was responsible for approximately 150 employees and 13 million square footage of property, to include the Galveston National Laboratory (GNL) biosafety laboratory.
