Dear Chamber family,
The fight goes on as your chamber, and the community as a whole, works to ensure COVID-19 does not leave so many of our great citizens unemployed.
As you may know, The League City Regional Chamber of Commerce recently received a grant allowing us to fund many events in our mission of response, resilience, and recovery from COVID-19.
This includes events such as our job readiness seminar, in which those preparing to apply for jobs can learn preparatory tips for their interviews, and our job fair on October 1.
Through this job fair, we hope to continue lowering the unemployment this dreadful pandemic brought on and show what our great League City has to offer.
But we cannot do this alone. In order to ensure this community is filled with the employed, we need employers. I encourage you all to consider being one of our amazing employers at the job fair and join us in this war on unemployment.
Prosperity is the number one goal of your League City Regional Chamber of Commerce, and to achieve it, we must work together to fulfill the dreams of success we all have. The time is now to lend a helping hand to our unemployed and keep the wheels of prosperity turning!
Join your League City Regional Chamber of Commerce in the fight against unemployment in our job fair on October 1, 2020.
The fight goes on. Your chamber and I know we can win this, because we are stronger together.
