Lead Forward League City is a 10-week leadership development course powered by the principles of John Maxwell, brought to you by the League City Regional Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leaders. Designed to equip rising professionals with practical leadership tools, this program fosters personal growth, professional development, and community-minded leadership. Participants will engage in guided discussions, build connections, and learn how to lead with purpose—both in the workplace and beyond. 

HOW DOES IT WORK? Lead Forward League City is a 10-week tuition- based program that begins in September 2025 & ends in November 2025. The program consists of 10 sessions built around a curriculum of true leadership skills by a certified John Maxwell Leadership trainer. These sessions meet on a designated Friday each month from 11am-1pm at the League City Chamber office. Attendance is mandatory (8 out of 10 sessions) to qualify for a certificate of completion and a John Maxwell certificate.
