Lead Forward League City is a dynamic, leadership-development program designed to equip emerging and established professionals with the skills, confidence, and mindset to lead with purpose in their workplaces and communities.

Over the course of the program, participants engage in interactive sessions focused on communication, emotional intelligence, team building, strategic thinking, and personal growth. Through guided discussions, real-world application, and accountability, attendees learn practical tools they can immediately apply to elevate their leadership impact.

The program emphasizes community connectedness, ethical leadership, and self-awareness — empowering individuals to understand their strengths, overcome barriers, and lead with intention. Participants also build meaningful relationships with peers from diverse industries, expanding their professional networks while developing a deeper understanding of League City’s business community.

Format: Weekly In-Person Mastermind Sessions

Duration: 10 Weeks (1 session per chapter)

Primary Meeting Day: Thursdays

Location: League City Regional Chamber (unless otherwise noted)

Semester Dates: March 12 – May 28, 2026

Notes:

• Schedule may adjust slightly due to International Maxwell Conference travel (March 15–18).
• Easter Week (April 2) will be observed with no meeting that week.

Scheduling Caveat

If travel or Chamber conflicts arise, sessions may be moved to Tuesday of the same week when possible.

If rescheduling within the same week is not feasible, the session will be pushed out by one week, and the remaining schedule will shift accordingly.

Participants will be notified promptly of any adjustments.
