
Front office Receptionist - Bilingual in Spanish and English Mandatory
Overall Objective: The Intake Coordinator ensures that clients are processed in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, including answering telephone calls and greeting clients upon arrival at our counseling office.
Skills: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish - No exceptions.
- Front Desk (Customer Service) Background - Big Plus
- Dependability - Show up as scheduled and complete daily tasks.
- Team-Player - Works well with others.
Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for opening and/or closing the office for the business day. Answer incoming calls to the agency, forwarding appropriate calls to specific personnel. Responsible for gathering initial patient intake information as well as any additional documentation. Schedule client appointments in EHR/Outlook calendars for all counselors. Hours will be Monday 8 am - 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 10 am – 7 pm, & Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
