As a Lead Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients.  Your primary responsibility is to manage and respond to all incoming leads whether through social media, phone calls, emails or in-person inquiries. You will play a crucial role in setting appointments and guiding individuals on their journey to better health.  This is a full-time, in-office position. (32-40 hours weekly) Potential to move to a hybrid work arrangement for the right candidate.

Qualifications:  

- Excellent Communications Skills

- Strong Computer and Phone Skills

- Strong Customer Service Skills

- Empathy and Compassion

- Highly Organized

- Task Oriented

- Experience in Natural Medicine (is a plus, but not required if you have a willingness to learn)

- Comfortable Using Social Media and Office Technology to Manage Communications

- Ability to Manage a Schedule for Multiple Providers and Services while filling any gaps in the schedule.
