year since our start in 2020. We provide a wide variety of home inspection services

including residential, new construction, light commercial, pre-listing, and more. We offer

full-service convenience by also providing many ancillary services including pool & spa

inspections, termite inspections, digital foundation inspections, and more. We serve home

buyers, home sellers, investors, and real estate agents, and aim to provide the best service

Position Overview: We are seeking inspectors who are friendly, enthusiastic, and who are

great with connecting with people from all walks of life, and a continual learner to join our

growing team in a fast-paced industry. Our home inspectors are the core of our business,

setting us apart in both our technical proficiency and in our relationship-oriented approach

to home inspections.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum education required is a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Great people and communication skills are a must.

• Must be proficient in typing and writing skills.

• Experienced TREC Inspectors preferred.
